By using NYX TV and Scream TV (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not access or use the Services. You affirm that you are at least 13 years of age or older, and legally competent to enter into these Terms. If you are under 13, you may not use our Services. Continued use of the Services signifies ongoing acceptance of these Terms and any modifications thereof.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
15. Dispute Resolution on Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Edmonton, Alberta, in accordance with the rules of the Canadian Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in any class action or jury trial.
